Fabulous Takahashi Phoenix Japanese Porcelain Flat Sided Vase

Description

Gorgeous mid-century Takahashi four panel vase with narrow neck that has alternating panel views.  The front and back of the vase has appliques multi-color bird of paradise among flowers and foliage design and the sides are hand painted cobalt blue Kirin (dragon-horse) & flower design.   The rim of the opening is gilded and measures 1-1/4" x 1-1/4".  This is a fantastic classic Japanese piece to add to any collection.
This lovely vase measures 9" H x 4" W x 3-1/4" D with 1-1/2" opening.  The base is 3-1/2" L x 3-1/2" W.
Bottom of vase has Takahashi label affixed
and is signed.
