Unlike the Wheelbarrow Booster, the Expander has no degradable parts other than easily replaceable and inexpensive
bungees, and the cover which is also inexpensive. If you store the kit out of the weather, it
should last indefinitely.

Variations, Options, and Compatibility
The Expander fits almost all wheelbarrows, but you must take 2 measurements to verify compatibility ('
S'
and '
R'
in picture 7)
If you cannot measure
R
precisely (within 1/8"), you should select the Adaptive Hook Option, which works well with 2 bungees (included) to hold the racks and stakes in place.  This is also a good option if you have narrow gates to pass through with your Wonder Barrow.
Assembly is required. The tools needed for assembly are Phillips screwdriver (# 2), a 7/16” socket or wrench, and a lighter for burning the ends of a braided rope. A rasp or wood chisel, may be needed in case your wheelbarrow rim is larger than expected.

The Expander is adaptable to almost any wheelbarrow, but this is an initial test market run designed to support the majority of wheelbarrows on the market. You must confirm some measurements of your wheelbarrow to validate compatibility with this listing. Look at picture 7 above and make the measurements S, R, and,  if applicable, F for your wheelbarrow.
In all cases,
S must be greater than 18.5

If your wheelbarrow has a straight front , F must be greater than 16". You may message me with the R value for your wheelbarrow so that I send you a compatible Expander.
You can avoid precision in R measurements by selecting the
adaptive hook option
. (The default option) The only function loss in selecting this option is that two bungees (included) will be needed for
all
uses, regardless of whether you plan to tip your wheelbarrow forward or sideways.
If your wheelbarrow does
not
satisfy S > 18.5” (48 cm)  or you have a straight front wheelbarrow, please message me for some easy customization. Expect a 10-day preparation time shown for this item (unless I message back other arrangements).

Videos of loading the Wonder Barrow:
The link below shows loading of wet leaves from the side with the Wonder Barrow in the top loading configuration. A fork is used for most of the loading since it is too heavy for a rake. It takes my full weight to set it upright, which illustrates a structural integrity beyond the normal need. Most of the nearly 40 cubic feet of leaves the Wonder Barrow is capable of holding can be loaded from the side.

The link below shows loading from the side of a Wonder Barrow in the back loading configuration. Normally this configuration would be used for loading heavier material such as mulch, since it would be less effort to load from the back. However, at the time of this video, only dry leaves were available, so  these were loaded by raking from the side. The main purpose of the video is to show the back loading configuration for moderately heavy material. Its use here for leaf loading is incidental.
