It has been designed to be a replica of the German military poncho made of durable, heavy-weight white cotton with pine camo spots mixed in. It is designed to fit over your warm and waterproof clothing. Even though this poncho is not waterproof, you can easily convert it into a waterproof poncho by applying a waterproof solution to it.
