  • Condition: BOTH in NICE VINTAGE CONDITION. These were purchased in Japan in the 1970's and brought back here. I don't know if they were souvenir vases or vintage vases at the time. WONDERFUL GRAPHICS with GOLD GILT HIGHLIGHTS. The bottoms have a MARK and they read "HAND PAINTED JAPAN."

    Description

    Up for auction is a PRETTY PAIR of vintage, HAND PAINTED, JAPAN, COBALT BLUE with GOLD GILT, MORIAGE, SATSUMA STYLE, VASES, measuring 7 1/2" high, FULLY MARKED on the BOTTOMS.  All I know about these is they were purchased in Japan in the 1970's and brought back here.  I don't know if they were purchased as souvenir items or vintage items at the time.  They are in NICE CONDITION with WONDERFUL GRAPHICS and the moriage raised enamel finish.  The bottoms are MARKED with a leafy logo and "Hand Painted Japan" (please see photo #4). I tried to research the leafy mark, but I didn't find anything.  DON'T MISS THESE FOR YOUR USE or COLLECTION!
