Patagonia lightweight down jacket mismarked medium

Patagonia lightweight down jacket mismarked medium. Purchased on ebay with many tiny tears and holes. My wife and I stuffed down where missing and sewed or patched with Tenacious Tape every flaw. Jacket is marked M but is not a men's medium Maybe a women's Medium?  Pit 2 pit is 20"  shoulder 2 hem is 25" shoulder 2 elastic cuff is 25"  Color kinda charcoal with a purple pattern running through it 2 slash pockets 2 inside vertical pockets zip front works fine
