Welded seams for waterproofness. Side snaps for adjustable fit. Buyer will be purchasing shipping with USPS Priority Mail. Tracking number and date mailed are added when that occurs. Since October 2020, many USPS deliveries are delayed significantly beyond the anticipated date of arrival.
