There are four alternating rows of cut circles....all hand cut and polished, leading downward to the six-cut, polished, and scalloped stem.  Having been a blown piece, this "
Rings like a bell
" and has a highly polished pontil on the base.  In

Conditon, there are no chips, cracks, repairs, or staining.
Under the Black Light ... this piece fluoresces Brilliantly!!
