    Vintage Gold Imari Hand-painted Japan Porcelain Spice Jar & Lid Peacocks Floral
    Porcelain covered cylindrical box produced in Japan in the 1970s with hand painted peacocks and cherry blossom floral motif, hand-painted with greens, outlined in black, & enhanced by gold.
    Imported by Heygil Imports, these were common in the 1970s and 1980s.
    Gold Imari stamped.
    Color may vary in the pictures due to device/screen settings.
    Measures 4.25" tall, 3" across.
    Condition is excellent pre-owned condition, no cracks/chips.  Some adhesive residue to bottom and small discoloration inside lid where it is not glazed, small discoloration dots smaller than a pinhead inside bottom of jar, but not visible when closed.  Please view all provided pictures - this is a beautiful jar and these do not detract from its beauty.
