Vintage Handpainted Matte Black Japanese Vase With Gold And Flowers. This item is listed as used. However, it’s in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or damage of any kind. When I acquired this item, it had fake flowers. The interior of this vase is incredibly clean so I do not believe it was ever really used for flowers. It looks like it was a display piece. This item is matte black and has a handpainted floral and gold motif on the front. The top edge is also finished off with a gold trim. You can see the ribbing on the exterior which indicates its a hand thrown piece. The bottom is marked Made In Japan. This item measures approx 9.5 inches tall.

Unless I have provided a flat rate shipping fee, the cost is always calculated by the carrier using the box or envelope size, shipping weight, and delivery location. I use a standard size box or envelope that is the closest in size to your item. I always leave enough room for proper packing material. When I provide the weight of your item, this is the packed weight. Yes, the packing material can oftentimes effect the total weight. To help the environment, I will sometimes reuse a box. If I end up shipping your item in a slightly larger box, you are never charged any additional fees. I will not customize a box size unless I absolutely have to!
