Description
Vintage Right Hand Wiss #4 Scissors - 13" long - 6.25" blade.These came from an estate sale. I am not an expert on them, but they seem to function as designed, they cut paper nicely. Just dingy looking from chipped paint on the handles and surface dirt/rust on the blades. I have done nothing to them, so they could stand being cleaned up a bit.
Wiss, Newark, NJ. The "4" is on the inside of one of the blades near the handle.
